I don't see my mapping menu after installation

If you install Galigeo 4 BO, and you don’t see the « mapping menu », you may need to test some elements to find the solution to the problem. 
 
0 - Confirm that you are using HTML to open your document in BOE. You can check this in your preferences.
 
1 - Clear the caches - please note that there are two kinds of caches (browser caches and Tomcat) :
- Clear the caches from your browser and then re-open BO.
- To clear the Tomcat cache, create a localhost/BOE in tomcat (described in post-action in the installation documentation) and restart Tomcat
 
2- Verify that the user with whom you are currently logged to BO must have been added as an advanced user in the Galigeo admin console to be able to see this menu.

3 - In order to detect an installation problem, we suggest verifying the following points: 
- Verify that the BOE.war files was created correctly by checking this folders
o   <BOE_TOMCAT_HOME>\webapps\BOE\WEB-INF\eclipse\plugins\webpath.AnalyticalReporting\web\webigeo

 
If it is not the case there may have been a problem during the installation of the BOE.WAR or it may not be stored in the correct Tomcat folder. 
Ensure that you have full access to the folder application. 


- Verify that the BOE.war is correctly deployed by checking the below four files in the following folder: 
BOE_TOMCAT_HOME>\work\Catalina\localhost\BOE\eclipse\plugins\webpath.AnalyticalReporting\web\webiDHTML\viewer\language\en\scripts
 
- interactivePerspective.js.ORIG, 
- UIActions.js.ORIG, 
- UIDefinition.js.ORIG, 
- viewPerspective.js.ORIG 
  
Or follow the service pack in this folder:
 
<BOE_TOMCAT_HOME>\work\Catalina\localhost\BOE\eclipse\plugins\webpath.AnalyticalReporting_lang.en\web\webiDHTML\viewer\language\en\scripts 

and verify that the file webigeo is existing :

 o   <BOE_TOMCAT_HOME>\work\Catalina\localhost\BOE\eclipse\plugins\webpath.AnalyticalReporting\web\webigeo
 
If not the case you may have a problem restarting Tomcat. If Tomcat doesn’t shutdown correctly, the user used to restart this service is not the same as other services.
 
4 - Has BO been upgraded recenlty (for example new Service Pack install) ? In this case, standard install of BO has overwirtten the Galigeo component. Galigeo has to be reinstalled has to be reinstalled, at least concerning the BOE.war component.
